We at yourfinancialexcellence.com are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to support your personal and professional growth. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

Sessions & Commitment

Our coaching programs typically consist of 4 to 6 sessions, depending on the package selected. We encourage clients to commit fully to the process to receive the greatest benefit from the coaching relationship.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to contact@yourfinancialexcellence.com.
  • Full or partial refunds may be issued only before or after the first session.
  • If you choose to discontinue after the second session, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the remaining sessions.

Non-Attendance & Missed Sessions

  • Missed or no-show sessions without 24-hour notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to coach availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare, documented cases of emergencies or exceptional situations, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However, approval is at our sole discretion.
